The ability to email me when you’re encountering an issue with a software used for your author needs (Example: Vellum, Word, Notion, Google docs, etc) for me to troubleshoot the issue and see if we’re able to come up with a solution to resolve the problem.
I will always strive to find a solution to your problem, but if I am unable to, I will lead you in the direction you need to go to resolve it.

Everything listed in the IT package, plus having the ability to have me review your design and formatting files before uploading them on their respected sites. This includes ensuring that a cover meets the requirements for printing, checking formatted files for any formatting issues that need to be adjusted, checking files to ensure they are set correctly.
